YOHOST.org Clients Servers Down & Support/Billing Platform Down

    Slightly concerned today to find both out? Can't even contact their support team.

    Main website operates but anything to do with billing/support is down (yohostbilling.kexibit.com), as are our servers.

    Anyone have any news?

    This relates to an issue with their mini DNS server and gladly they've switched across now. No (major) harm done.

    My sites are down since 20 houres. Support told me "We had a DNS server failure." I can not login to control DNS.

    Ask for them to switch your DNS to their other- that's what they did for me and I was back online within an hour. I did have to contact them first though, they didn't do this automatically.
