How to find best audience for Facebook ads??

    Hello every one..this is my first thread as a newbie on this forum..

    So I want to ask and start the discussion about how to find the targeted audience for Facebook ads?is Audience insight really useful to get the targeted audience?or is there any tools or tips to get the really or maybe super targeted audience?

    No..i means thats many people say its hard to find reallly targeted audience detail for Facebook ads..so thats why I start this discussion..or maybe you can give some tips or suggest some tools to help sir?
