Is there any site offering virtual debit card that I can buy with Paypal ?

Oh btw an International Debit card can be bought from MyGcard.com, I have one and its nice, although takes a lot of verification to make it fully activated and they take a lot of fee from your money when you transfer it

I dont think myGCard accepts paypal, however, they do accept E-Gold.

I have heard that HDFC bank has launched their virtual debit card. It is allowed in paypal. You may check at the bank website.

I need this card just to withdraw my balance from paypal and load it to my card so I can spend online.

So something like Gcard that I can buy and pay via paypal not egold etc.

Vdebit is US Only, even their debit card. I will check for click2pay. Any others ?

If u know abt gcard than why are u asking there is no cheap alternative. Belive me. I have done a very good research in this withdrawal process. If u do not believe than why don't u search my thread..

Gcard, bestgoldcard(doubt),accentcard, there are many but they are costly
% + $ = their Fees which is truly unafforadable for me.. Also 2 days for upload fund is just weired ....

 

Ok What I need the card for is to use my paypal balance and purchase online. Same as Vdebit and epassporte but the paypal vdebit doesn't work in India so I need a virtual or ATM card with balance that I can purchase by paying through paypal. I dont think gcard accepts paypal.

 

See first of all Paypal CC OR DEBIT is not for Indian !
Second there is no way u can use the paypal money in the shopping outlet untill u pay a high fees for the services..
U want a physical card ?
If yes than u can go for gcard the problems are
Slow processing...
High Rates...

So this is my opinion every body is free for their opinion...
For internet purchase there are many other things
Tell exactly what u want to purchase online...Or do u want to purchase thing off line (MEANS IN A STORE)..

 

I just want to use my PayPal balance to purchase ONLINE. If I get a ATM card to use at stores etc great if not fine.

I have a balance at PP but I want to use it to pay at sites that DO NOT Accept pp but accept a credit card. I am aware of fact that paypal debit card and vdebit is not for Indians.

So any sites like epassporte or accentcard that will provide me a virtual card when I pay them via paypal. I found many like this on talkgold forums but all of them want egold.

 

See there is way out of this but can u tell me what is the exact amount or MAX AMOUNT u will be using online...

 

I cant say of any max amt. now but it wont be too much but numerous transactions.
