What do you mean by "I can't get twitter to work"? So humble If getting something to go viral was so easy the big corporates wouldn't be spending mega bucks on their own online campaigns. Hi sarak, thanks for doing that. I've created multiple twitter accounts, verified them with an email address and a phone number and I always get this error when trying to attach ANY image: "Uploading media failed! Please try again later" (see screenshot below)
I wouldn't worry about it too much. If you only got 3 upvotes on 9Gag your gif clearly doesn't have what it takes to go viral or influence American politics.
