Free domain appraisal tool

It doesn't allow you to include a / in the url. Not great if you are trying to find the value of a specific page...but still a nice tool.

 

very nice tool im liking it a lot.

just one downside .co.uk not a TLD

 

Lupino, I was comparing domain checkers, and noticed that checkpagerank.net brings this site up as "forged" or fake pagerank, but your tool says it is valid. Domain is http://www.123etc.net

Any ideas? Thanks!

 

IMHO,I think the tool is correct. 123etc.net seems to be a valid PR4
Checkpagerank.net is not always accurate. I would say this domain is a valid PR4 but isn't catched yet in Google.
I think this tool is nice and sometimes better than checkpagerank.net

Hi, for what i can see it is not a fake pagerank and more i think that no one fake the pagerank to have a PR0
Checkpagerank site has some problems, other people wrote me with the same problem, but even checking directly it seems good (PR and Alexa too).

I'm working on a new version cause as most of this type of tool is based too on Alexa Rank but it actually it change a lot daily, i have seen domain with Alexa Rank 500.000 and one week later 2.000.000 , so i'm working on a new method reducing Alexa Rank influence.

Domain price is incorrect for sure,google index is incorrect most of times checked some of mines and told that,but actually very GooD Work!

I think that even if this tool show an appraisal range, it show a lot of info about a website (PR, Alexa, Link Pop., Fake PR and Alexa) and this only give you an idea if it's worth to buy/sell it.
Of course there is no tool that can calculate real incoming of a website, and this is very important for a real value calculation. Human appraisal are good for site with a lot of traffic and $$$ but for 80% of the site this "free" domain appraisal will let you save the money of an appraisal

 

I have add Alltheweb and Altavista backlinks, update Appraisal results and and the REVERSE IP so you can spy what other domains are sharing the same ip address.

I have completely update the tool cause PR and many other details are obsolete.
At now it only appraise domain with content but will be soon available domain only appraisal too.
