Adsense finalized earnings 0/NOT updating

    My AdSense finalized earnings for September are not updating. Do any of you have this problem ?

    I know that AdSense had some issues in the past couple of days and I thought that is the problem, but who knows ...!

    In eastern Europe finalized earnings are usually done on 11'th day of the month.
    I know that I should wait until the 15'th, but they always finalized the earnings until 12pm of the 12'th day.

    Hope we will see our money, but it's google and nobody ever knows what is going one.

    Yes, I have also get finalized earnings everything between 1st to 7th of the month. No issues with that. I am from India.
