You can try Tribaladnetwork.They use combinated CPC/CPA/PopAds/Interstitials and earnings will increase.

Depends. If you use rocketloader from cloudflare, it might cause problems.

I am afraid you need to be a bit more patient. We get way over a hundred emails a day and sometimes it takes a while.

Sorted. I see that our system blocked withdrawals for you like 2 weeks ago after you stopped traffic on one of your websites. We have corrected our system about a week ago so it won't be detecting false positive when traffic is stopped.

Sorted for now, still investigating. Our system marked most of your visitors IPs as fraudental(ie. we noticed some weird behaviour from them in recent past).

Your account was banned, as we found you to be related to a group of accounts doing chrome extension browser locking(also known as extension forcer).
