    No, you can't. Ask Google yourself.

    Why isn't it allowed? Because Google knows that there are people who will click ads to raise money for charity, thinking they are being helpful. Even if it wasn't expressly forbidden, you would still end up getting flagged for invalid clicks and having your account deleted.

    Once again, only use PPC advertising if you want to get banned. There are other ways to raise money without risking your accounts.

    No-ones sites would be listed unless they made a donation. Even then, it would be on the donations page, not the homepage or sitewide
