    Why are you selling this site?

    OBD was a side project that I haven't had time to continue to update and optimize.

    How is it monetized?

    Google AdSense but very little income to report.

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?

    No.

    How much time does this site take to run?

    Zero.

    What challenges are there with running this site?

    Only challenge might be the winner will need to know how to use MySQL. All the content (i.e banks) are managed through MySQL / phpMyAdmin

    I was looking for an interesting, noncompetitive niche in the financial industry and came across "online banking" and "online banking information."

    I had no clue how much people search for those specific keywords.

    Granted for the major financial institutions (i.e Bank of America) it is difficult to compete; however the smaller local banks seem to be where the focus should be. I didn't have enough time to focus as much attention on finding those smaller banks.

    Here are some Google Keyword Tool Numbers:

    usaa online banking / 1K – 10K / Low / $0.66
    becu online banking / 10K - 100K / low / $0.60
    Westpac Online Banking / 1K - 10K / Low / $0.45
