Which css framework is richest and most responsible for web design?

 

For Css Design Bootstrap is best, Bootstrap have very clear class based structure and you get all the screen size css style from there.

 

The "richest" part being that there are people out there DUMB ENOUGH to think that 'frameworks" serve a legitimate purpose other than to make people work harder, not smarter -- or to simply piss all over websites with code bloat whilst flipping the double-bird at accessibility norms.

ANYONE telling you to use a 'framework' client-side doesn't know enough about HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or accessibility to be flapping their yap on the bloody topic. They are by definition an ignorant halfwit in desparate need of a quadruple helping of sierra tango foxtrot uniform. On the retardation scale, they would land somewhere below creationists, ending up in the same category as anti-vaxxers, anti-gmo organic foodies, climate deniers, and other mentally enfeebled fools that the nube predating scam artists love to saddle up for a ride.

The ONLY thing you can learn from frameworks is how NOT to build a website. Anyone telling you otherwise is selling something or is utterly unqualified to say even one word on the topic! Web developers are dumber for frameworks even EXISTING!

WHY is Bootstrap best?
Why is it so hard for people to actually give examples and rational arguments about the crap they're trying to sell/push/inundate on hapless customers?

There are a plentitude of reasons why Bootstrap is crap - since "there is no doubt about [Bootstrap] is best" - please explain why that is? What does it do that can't be done with less than half the HTML and CSS, by someone who knows both better than the Bootstrap guys does?

 

How in hell do you know that bootcrap is best? Have YOU tested ALL alternatives? If not, then SHOW us someone who HAS tested ALL alternatives. UNLESS ALL ALTERNATIVES are tested against bootcrap, it is IMPOSSIBLE to determine which is best.

 

Simple, they themselves are hapless gormless fools who wouldn't be parroting it's praise if they knew THE FIRST DAMNED THING about HTML, CSS, emissive colourspace, accessibility minimums, separation of presentation from content, progressive enhancement, graceful degradation, or semi-fluid elastic responsive design. They are utterly and completely unqualified to form a rational argument about anything, which is why they repeatedly post one line wonder-spam that does little more than say "rawrz, usesies teh bootcraps!"

Completely ignoring that it makes more work, more code, and pisses on all of the things a website is supposed to be from so on-high you'd think the almighty just got back from a kegger.

Don't expect any of these mouth-breathers to actually provide ANY legitimate reasoning, explanation, or defense against any of the flaws; DO expect them to make wild unfounded claims that cannot be borne out by anything resembling reason.

It's the same reason anti-vaxxers, anti-gmo, and creationism continue to be things. Psuedo-science quacks, over-use of the seven core propaganda techniques, and the ignorance of the masses at large.
