I find it staggering that someone who needs to rebuild their reputation here is willing to destroy it even further over a measly $5.
It does not matter if it takes him 5 SECONDS or 5 YEARS to solve your problem. You agreed to pay $15, so PAY HIM! By your reasoning, if it had taken him a week, you would owe him HUNDREDS of dollars MORE than the agreed upon $15 even though he agreed to solve it for a measly $15. As it is, your problem is solved, and you owe the money as per your agreement.
Someone who don't know how to lift the coin wouldn't pay anyone his diamond. payment is made according to work done. this issue could have been solved without fee as was just making 2 clicks on mouse.
Wrong, payment is made according to the deal made *BEFOREHAND*. In a business deal we don't change the goal posts during or after the game unless "both" parties agree. If he was able to do the work quickly, you should have rewarded his competency.
If the issue get resolved in 2 click on mouse. Then why you have wasted your time & hired someone. Just pay $15 as he teached you how to resolve problem like this in a two clicks on mouse.
It's funny, I've been warning people about him for a couple of weeks on his threads now, he still hasn't been banned yet I've received warnings for "Thread hijacking".
You have received the warnings because he has reported you on several occasions. The mods have it tough and are duty bound not to take sides. They may in fact even agree that you got the sticky end of the stick, and actually agree with you. But they are hampered by strict rules. Cheer up, as I'm reasonably sure that he too has received a warning or two.
Bump. @jaguar34 has still not honored the agreement that was made in this conversation: http://imgur.com/a/8xTrM
The chances are he never will, he knows he's safe hiding behind his computer screen like all scammers do. The only thing anyone can do now is make sure they check his reputation before doing any business with him, and all for the sake of $15...how sad is that.
Sorry to hear. Wish I had done the research before hand. I'm not going anywhere though until he finds another forum to rip off or I get my money.
Sounds like a bunch of malarkey to me. You do not asked a friend to do you a favor here. I do believe you cant solve that 2-click issue yourself. Hence you put up this thread. If you do a DIY you would spend hours figuring it out, say for example you spent 5 hours researching the issue, that's like $3 you pay yourself for nothing. Paying $15 to someone knowledgeable is justified regardless of the time he spent finishing the job. He aint your friend and neither is he doing a charity work.
