I am getting these error msgs when i login to my Wordpress Dashboard Help please! Notice: has_cap was called with an argument that is deprecated since version 2.0.0! Usage of user levels by plugins and themes is deprecated. Use roles and capabilities instead. in /home/haxy_1/public_html/www.worthism.com/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4190 Sorry If it is posted in the wrong section sir. Kindly tell should i change my wp theme? or else change server.
It seems that you are using an outdated (old) plugin that is not compatible with newer versions of WordPress. It could be a part of the theme or you might have installed it separately. If you have installed it separately, you should uninstall it or if it's a part of your theme, you should not use the theme.
Try few things to replicate. 1. Disable all plugins and then access the website if it works then activate plugins one by one so you would be able to find one causing the problem. 2. Try switching back to the default theme if you use custom if that solves the problem.
A Plugin is using a deprecated function and/or function argument. You should file a bug report with the Plugin developer or update all your plugins if this isn't done yet.
Try to rename your plugin directory via cpanel & then check . if you able to login then name the plugin directory again.
Looks like somebody has fixed this: http://tumbledesign.com/fix-notice-has_cap-was-called-with-an-argument-that-is-deprecated-since-version-2-0-in-wordpress/
