    What are the realistic expectations of people who pay such a ridiculous rate and what kind of results are they hoping to achieve?

    At that point, just use a free online article spinner with an existing article and you'll receive the same level of quality you're realistically going to get for that price.

    He's legit to be honest. I've worked on his small projects before and paid me too last year. But I feel you guys about his rate. Maybe it's kind of low but he's a legit buyer. For those who can accept his rate, go for it. If not, just move on to the next.
