Hey @jnjnnino : Thanks, but it looks like there's a bottle cap on the top of the logo. That part doesn't make sense to me.

@katesrobyn The first logo here shows a skyscraper. I'm trying to stay away from big buildings because that's what the original logo shows and it's not representative of our target market.

The 2nd one probably doesn't need any stars. It doesn't help with the look of the design. Maybe same thing with the tiny teeny flag. And the peak for the building looks bulbous on the bottom part. Also, I'm not a fan of serif fonts. It's too traditional for my business.

@kainraziall: I think the stars might be unnecessary. It looks like snowfall or a nativity scene.
I like some of the simplicity you have in this design (which has fewer parts and looks less complex) but there are parts that I like in your previous entry: https://forums.digitalpoint.com/thr...winner-by-monday.2787390/page-4#post-19377183
For example, I liked the horizontal flag stripes from the previous version, but there were too many of them. Plus the horizontal red stripes needed to be the same size/width as the red ones.
I do like how this logo has fewer columns

@muddy786 Looks nice, but the wave at the bottom makes it too similar to the Obama campaign logo. It looks too political because of it (and therefore less governmental)
Also the flag is a shade of blue. It should be made more simple

@cosmin90 This almost works. I feel the line across the bottom gives it too much weighting. Could you make the roof separated by a white line? And also separate the flag from the flag pole (with a white line in between)?
I don't want the red building to be too "heavy".

    @Kic3
I sort of liked your prior versions a bit better than this one. I see where you're going with the flag stripes and the feathers. But I kind of like the first hexagonal design you first did. Maybe you could keep the hex shape or maybe incorporate the design of a flag.

And by "flag" it doesn't have to be an American flag with stripes & stars. It could be a waving flag with a shape like this: https://dribbble.com/shots/2012729-American-Glass-Mirror-Co-Logo

I love how simplistic it looks. This is very nice.
Can you make it look a bit less patriotic? Unfortunately when I show these design examples to friends and family (because it's election year in USA), they all say the designs look too "political" and like a campaign. I am going for a design that appeals the the municipal/government sector without looking too "presidential" or political.

Also, can you make the building centered vertically? The building would look better if it's positioned so that distance from the base of the edge is equal to the distance from the top of the peak and the edge.

@logos4all: Gosh, I cannot believe I forgot to leave feedback for you. This is also a nice design.

I like the design with the words to the right side of the logo. The red color of the stripes seems too bold.
I like how there is a hidden flag in the design, with the municipal building as the corner of the flag.
I don't like the TOWN font too much though. It's too basic with too much space between the T and the letter O.
The font used in comment #117 is very nice, and I like that one a lot.
