Paypal credit card verification issue...

I would like to tell you about my experience with my verification issue...

I reach the verification limit...and I tried to submit a credit card that was not from the same country where I open the account...and Paypal don´t authorize to insert a paypal that is not from the same country where you open the account.

The only way to solve it is....

I asked and they told me that I can open another account trough the country I have the cc so my verification issue is solved but has no way to take out or use the balance I had on my first paypal account.

You can withdraw the amount available to youe previous account using xoom. Have you tried it?

I see many people does not know what a virtual credit card is, the name says it all: it is the virtual version of a credit card.
As there is no credit limit on those cards, they are also called virtual "prepaid" cards, someones is calling them also virtual "debit" cards, but as VISA and MasterCard are primarly credit card brands ( as the debit version from VISA is Electron and from MasterCard is Maestro/Cirrus ), let it continue with virtual credit card.
These cards are not cards, they consists only on a 16 digit card number, a expiry date and a card verification code, known as "CVV2".

I have read your post and I know a solution for all of them who are experiencing the same problem as you described it here:
Try to do this with a anonymous virtual credit card coming from a already accepted country from the Paypal list, you will see that it works.
I am offering anonymous virtual credit cards, as a new user here maybe you could not belive me but I have already customers from around the world and they are happy with our service, as the cards were accepted by Paypal successfully.
