So I got approved today and have been looking around the codes. I was wondering, do your ads not offer back-up codes? Like, a backup image or such that will load if Adversal can't offer ads? I have a placeholder image I'd like to use, instead of just an empty space there.

We don't offer a backup/passback service. Adversal will fill 100%.

Adversal is RTB (real-time bidding) driven, so CPM depends on a myriad of factors.

Adversal just messed with referral program and changed from lifetime to 1 year... that basically mean that all the hard work is lost and I will try to move all those referrals to another alternative. Changing rules like that is not nice and applying also retrospectively is also not good. You should apply that rule on new referrals, not old.

Adversal restructured it's referral program effective August 1, 2016. Accounts with active referrals where notified of the change by email in July 2016.

Man, your virus redirect, random redirect, and serving the wrong size ads are getting out of hand. You guys are going to get me tagged as malware at this rate.

Have to find a different advertiser if you can't fix your business adversal

I heard about the malware stuff... is this still happening? Significant impact to user experience causing loss of users is bad :(

Had some redirects myself. Though the network response to such is very nice and quick, which as stated above, is a welcome change.

More concerned with the CPM. With about 80 percent of my traffic from Tier 1 and visibility to their ads in the 'green' section, it should be significantly higher than it is.

What kind of rates are you looking at?

What did the redirects do and how long before it was fixed?

It was in the afternoon/early evening when I e-mailed and they responded by the following morning.

And I'm generating about .15 CPM on pure banner ads right now. There have been days where it has jumped upwards of .25 to .30 cents, however. Could be the end of the month that is resulting in the lower CPM.

That's very low... I'm getting $0.75 CPM on Google Adsense on bad days (just from views and excluding CPC clicks)... occasionally $3.50/click and $2 CPM (so ECPM much higher).

Yeah, it's very low compared to other companies I use. I have AdSense as well.

Hopefully it improves as they do have nice quality ads and a solid reporting system.

Adversal is a clean network. We scan creatives in-house and also utilize several 3rd-parties. If malware (redirects, etc.) should make it into our network, it's normally removed pretty quickly.

If you are suffering a malware problem, whether you're using Adversal or not, place each individual snippet of 3rd-party code on it's own blank page (no content/other scripts). Load each one up in your browser a couple of times. This strategy will more easily help you identify the root cause. If the root cause is Adversal and the issue hasn't subsided, please email us.

Regarding wrong ad sizes, this would just be an advertiser who mistakenly set their creative up incorrectly in the system. As this would effect their own results, it's something that would be tended to sooner rather than later, but is nothing malicious.

The problem with this is, a new one has been popping up about once a week for months. It gets frustrating to have to constantly be reporting these. (And Adversal has been the root cause every time I have done the blank page thing to test it).

If your site currently has low viewability, then you should see a question mark (?) off to the right side of your stats. Clicking the question mark will display a tutorial.
