So I went to see Star Trek Beyond

    Watched it in 3D. Came out of the theater thinking that my expectations of the movie were too high. I guess sequels are hardly ever better. I'll just leave it at that.

    Still, I'd recommend it to everyone. Go see it this weekend. I had people in that theater clapping when the movie was over. I guess true geeks and nerds love it.

    That explains. It does seem to be more action packed. Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos was in the movie too.
