    hi guys
I'm going to design a logo for my blog, whenever I got an idea I find it already exist a similar one (my competitors got similar logo to mine)
hence, I'm looking for a tool through which I can say that my logo is unique and doesn’t match with my competitor’s one?

Use https://tineye.com/ to do a reverse image search. Just enter the url of your logo and it will let you know. It is a great tool for many uses. You can check images that you find in search for possible copyright ownership. You can find sites like yours to do competitor research.

If you dont want the logo to be duplicate then you need to design it yourself. Or use the online logo creator services and alter the text images in a way that it does not match with the existing ones. I recommend using http://freeonlinelogocreator.com/

It is better to start with a free new design than to replicate someone else's.

Try to design on a concept. You can relate something to your name, product or services you offer.

Right-click the image and choose 'search Google for image'. If it comes back a match, it's not unique.

A real graphic designer would never have this issue. If it comes from your mind, chances are very slim that it will be closely similar to another brand.

Maybe you should hire a qualified designer to complete this for you?
