    It's called Terbain in English and in Arabic it's called Shemagh. We wear it because it is a tradition. Our fathers wear it and their fathers. It also is good for our weather, sunny and dusty. But we don't wear it all the time. We only wear it in a formal situations like going to the office, or going to weddings. It like the suite for the Americans, it's our formal clothes.

    I don't have problems with what Arabs wear or not, but it is illogically for me to do something because my religion system told me.

    Look at their women's, they have to cover the whole body and the only thing they can show is their eyes. Unlike them, the their mans are able and free to do what they want and also can have couple of wives.

    Duh, if you lived with 120 degree desert heat you would wear loose WHITE clothing, too. You would also wear a thick WHITE head covering to avoid baking your brain.

    That's not a towel, its just a cloth. To cover the head from sand, and desert storm.
    Not because isis or something. that's the culture. Also the woman wearing hijab. In our faith, woman should be covered, not wrapped. See mother mary in christian also wearing hijab. It will be same with this. Why motorbike rider should wear a helmet? I think you'll find the answer.
