I wonder what do you guys think is the best CPM programs?

These are CPC programs and not CPM. Currently I dont use any CPM program but I have heard that CompactBanner is good?

ValueClick pays good money for cpm. i suggest you this.

 

They use to pay me more when it was fastclick. I am earning more from Casale than valueclick on CPM average, but the fill rate is much less with Casale.

 

I also think valueclick rate is dropped dramatically after the merge with fastclick.

In ads they say 0.003 Per impression means 0.003*1000 = $3

am i right ?

but i never earned $3 max $2 [My site shows 10000+ pages daily.]

but no other choice except cliksor

I guess that $3 is for popups or popunders. If that is the case then there is better places to earn.

Not ValueClick, but some networks which use yield manager do. Ad medium and Oridian come to mind. Both are CPA I think though. I think Clicksor and PaypopUp also do. You'd do better with Avnads or some good targeted adult affiliate programs. Checkout the GFY messageboards.
