    They might do something if you have 100's of accounts with negative balance. ;)

    they cant do jack shit, those accounts were used on public computers with fake info

    but this one had my home address at first

    i dont live in the us so nah nothing will happend, paypal is retarded, they always favor the buyer even if he/she is a scammer
