Contest Logo Design Contest $100

Hello Everyone!

I am looking for a Business Logo that will be used on multiple media formats (website, business cards, company shirts, etc.) so I will need this image to be transparent and if possible also provided in a vector format.

The company is called: RS Consulting
What we do: Automotive Manufacturing Consulting for process improvements and lean manufacturing. Also broker with other companies to provide a wide range of services such as cleaning services, process improvements and supplying materials for production.

Main color code: #6786a1 as well as #333333 and white.
The size requirement for our website is: 340px * 156px

You should not use any stock materials, and any other existing logos. It's for your own good.
