Hi DP Members, This is the second logo contest I´ve done. I was really impressed with the work last time. This one is even more special to me. Our company does: - Market disrupting, passive, real estate investments in emerging markets internationally. (We can buy, renovate, design, furnish & property manage for an investor 100% remotely) - furnished rentals & property management in emerging markets - Remote real estate services (like HomeUnion but for international, emerging markets) Logo: Full Name: Farpoint International (also to be used as Farpoint Living) Abbreviated name: FAR Use just the Full Name or create 1 version for full/abbreviated name. Whichever you think you can do better. (we are deciding between using FAR or Farpoint International, your design could help us decide) The winning logo will be a logo that simply communicates our institutional level of trust at a personal, innovating level. Good themes: simple, clever, strong, fundamental, impact, innovative, ¨institutionally personal¨, experts, compatible for real estate investments & vacation rentals. The Tesla symbol tells you they disrupt the industry, we are doing the same to real estate investing. Bad themes: graphics of a house/apartment/building, sleazy, tech startup style (our demographic is 45 years and up), Prize: $50 USD sent to your Paypal for my choice of winning logo submitted by 5pm CT (USA) Monday, 18th of July. After the contest, if your logo is officially selected by my partners, you will be sent a $100 USD bonus. Feedback given on all submissions. Good luck!
Mylene, great stuff! The 2nd logo is a top contender. The 1st one is quite generic. Other old companies with the same name have similar name (http://www.farpointgroup.com/) 3rd one is a bit more transport than real estate.
Hi ngodz, Not a fan of this concept to be honest. Magnets? not sure it is on line with what I described. Thanks for your entry.
The bottom left logo is a top contender! the Farpoint version looks good, but it is quite generic and the flying comet is overdone. thanks for your entry
The first one doesn´t quite communicate the company name, FAR, it looks like FAF. Thankyou for your entry, but it is not what we are after.
I like this, but I think its a bit more appealing to millennials than baby boomers. Shifting to a 75% babyboomer, 25% millenial style would be interesting, if that makes sense.
Hi, it depends on how you will present it in tones of colors, for millennials its (grads and effects) for baby boomers its (solid and plain) that's how I presented, the logo is versatile and good for your branding and social media use tool.
