    Why are you selling this site?
    no longer am in the online business. This site has made over 3k the last 5 years since i've owned it via adsense and affiliate. It requires zero work. if you can get traffic, profits will go way up.

    How is it monetized?
    via a 3rd party affiliate

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    no

    How much time does this site take to run?
    no time at all
    What challenges are there with running this site?
    getting traffic

    i can have the current affiliate account transferred over to you. also, there is another affiliate that pays more that has been reaching out to me, but i havent done anything with them yet. hosting? i have it on a host at webhostingpad.com. i don't think i can host it for you b/c i'd have to give you access to my hosting account which i'd rather not do. the domain is registered at godaddy and doesnt expire until 5/12/18

    oh i didnt know i could do that. i called the host and they said that they don't have subaccounts. you can just leave it there for 6 months though and i have no problem with that
