Why are you selling this site?
I am moving on out of the internet industry and concentrating on other things now. SOAPe software has made me over $50,000 in revenue. It's a fully functional Electronic Medical Records and billing software designed for Chiropractors and PT's. It does everything from scheduling patients, to creating exams and sending bills electronically.


How is it monetized?
Every time someone visits my site they are able to download this full EMR system locally to their computer and try it out for FREE for 2 weeks. If they like it, great, they can buy a license key for $349 to activate the software past the free 2 week mark. Each additional license key they require is $249 If they require support for the program they pay per diem, each time they have an issue. The program is priced very very cheap so they don't mind paying an extra $100 or $75 for a minor support issue. I outsource the support from a company called Velan, inc. They have been doing the programming and support for 8 or more years.


Does this site come with any social media accounts?
Yes, Facebook (contains pictures and news and how-to's) & YouTube (has training videos)

How much time does this site take to run?
I don't spend much time at all, my support team overseas monitors the websites ticketing system and they prompt the doctors to pay for support if need be and then they go ahead and help them. At the end of the month they email me an invoice for the doctors they performed support for. The support is $75 for installation assistance and $100 for some other issue not related to installation. They charge me a flat rate of $30 each time they help a doctor, so the remainder goes into my account.

What challenges are there with running this site?
The biggest issue I had was upgrading the programming (C++ and .NET) when I took over this site in 2013. It needed alot of programming work and I unfortunately had a very expensive company do the majority of the work the first time which ate through a lot of my profit. Now though, the site is completely up-to-date and the program i'm selling is up to date and bug-free. That's really it, keeping up with any big changes in the industry, such as ICD-10 codes etc. But that is all done now

 

how you market the website, revenue details and you willing to sell below Reserve?

 

It's marketed through google and just online. Everyone that fills out a download form is asked how they heard about us. Mostly it's GOOGLE or search engines or other doctors referring them.
I might be give me an offer and we'll see. Its grossed over 50,000 for me in 3 year so I don't want to sell below the reserve. It's WORTH it
