Hmm I don't know much about this Dieting thingy! I never did it and nor do I like to. reason is that I don't want to lose weight (Infact I have to gain some 10-12 KG weight). And this is what I am doing. Thanks for the info anth!
Not true! It depends on how much calories you take in, and how many vitamins and spore elements you take in. If you have enough of those, calorie restrictions (within healthy limits) definately works.
