    The consequences of dieting without exercise.

    Calorie restriction I beneficial, but if you don’t combine it with exercise you lose bone. Just by cutting on calories without exercise can bring harm to your bones.

    Hmm
    I don't know much about this Dieting thingy! I never did it and nor do I like to. reason is that I don't want to lose weight (Infact I have to gain some 10-12 KG weight). :) And this is what I am doing.

    Not true! It depends on how much calories you take in, and how many vitamins and spore elements you take in. If you have enough of those, calorie restrictions (within healthy limits) definately works.

    Dieting without exercise your excess fat just sulks, doesn't go away that easily, from what I know
