Looks really good and I like the spaciousness of the site. Not sure what the google search is doing there when you have an internal search though. I did a search for PHP but didn't specify a country or city. You need to allow for that when you display the results. This looks incomplete: but this isn't much better The spacing on individual listing pages needs some work. I'd like to see some padding between the border and the text and are employers actually allowed to discriminate like that? What would happen if a New Zealander applied?
