Paypal Accept VCC instead of CC ?

    I don't have a Credit Card but i want to add a card on paypal to buy membership here..
    So i want to know that paypal accept VCC ?

    Yes,..I can provide it to you if you interest. Many member of paypal using vcc for verification their paypal account

    Using a VCC with PayPal is risky. So, its better to use a real card either a debit or credit card. ;)

    you can use VCC no issue.how they know you use VCC?so its safe...
