    Download "Simple Backup" plugin and install at your wordpress site. It will give you option to download backup including SQL file directly into your computer/Laptop or you can download at your dropbox account.

    You could use the plugin

    I know one plugin which is one of the best free WordPress backup plugin (Though its have paid version too) called "Updraft Plus" install this plugin . you will have too many backup location , choose one & click on backup.

    I use backup wordpress. You can simply find that by searching in the wordpress repository.

    I use backupbuddy plugin. Very easy backup everything and very easy restore.
    I got it free when I bought a niche blog site. It came together.

    and i use duplicator plugin as backup.
    because i can use this backup to anyware

    Use Full Drop Box Back Up Plugins, This is really awesome and I am using this to my site also. So search and use this awesome plugins in wordpress website.
