Cant verify domain

    I have uploaded the file or verification, verified through google webmaster, google analytics and twitter. Still I show as unverified. I also add the root domain to the area requested and nothing. Please help.

    By the way, it still shows unverified on my plugin area as well.

    What method are you using to verify your domain here? Verifying your domain for other things like Twitter isn't going to affect how you verify it here.

    I was confused because Twitter isn't an option to verify ownership of a domain. What is the URL where you uploaded the verification file to?

    It still shows as not activated. Whenever I try to access certain parts of reports, it keeps telling me to upgrade. Im a little frustrated because it has been almost a week since I purchased. Hopefully we can get it resolved soon.

    When you try to verify ownership of your domain (on this site, not yours), what happens exactly? It should give you an error if it fails. Do you click the button to verify and nothing at all happens? The form doesn't even submit?

    I just did another site and still it wont let me do heatmaps. I decided that I do not want to cancel.

    I would like to figure this out. Could you please help me.

    I verified domain but in my wordpress backened it is still saying i need a pro license.

    Am I missing something?

    If you go to Plugins -> Installed Plugins under your WordPress admin area, what does the "Better Analytics" area look like under the Settings/Deactivate links?

    This area:

    That should tell you what it thinks the issue is (for example if it can't find the install Pro plugin).
