My friend can't access his twitter account!

    So this is what happened. My friend randomly logged onto twitter and he couldn't tweet. He contacted twitter and they said, that he would get a prompt to verify his phone number, but nothing showed up? Could someone tell me why and what's the requirements in order for the prompt to show up?

    He keeps getting the auto message that he needs to log and there should come up a prompt with him verifying his phone number but it never happened.
