Would your customer remember it next time they needed a similar resource? All suggestions here are great, make sure you're doing them all; regular fresh content, email marketing etc. I would also say that, if appropriate, you should be working hard on socials too and encouraging visitors to like your page etc. They will then have regular reminders about your site through your socials.
