I need to get a white elephant gift for exchange with the rest of the IT department. What are some of the best gag gifts you have seen?

Head to your local Suncoast Video store and pick up a copy of the 'leg lamp' from A Christmas Story. :D

Good idea. Looks like the nearest store is a half hour away. Any idea of the price? We have a $20 limit and that would be by far the largest (and most popular) gift.

I got the IT action figure from egghead last year for my secret santa. I hate this office ritual. Why can't we just go out to eat together and call it even.

They're bringing food in, I actually hate going out to lunch as the "team" always has trouble deciding where to go, has trouble leaving as someone has to run back to make one quick call or trip to the bathroom, and then they stand in the parking deck deciding who's going to drive....

Well I gotta go, we're going to lunch but I am not sure who's driving, where we're going, who's car, is the restaurant priced within department budget, where'd that waiter go, I haven't seen him in twenty minutes and my drink needs refill...

Ooops, hijacked my own thread. I'd like to find a Bill Gates action figure or that Apple commercial dude that can actually make a photo album on a Mac.

Not sure if the whole chain discounted them but the regular price is $29.99 and, at least the local store last night, had them marked down to $22.99.

Is that the life size leg as seen in the movie? That would be a bargain at twice the price!

It looked more like a tabletop lamp, about 20" or so high.
