Why in the world do you need help learning Dremweaver? Dreamweaver is just a bloated editor. There's nothing to "learn". What you SHOULD be asking, is "where can I learn HTML and CSS" and "what editor should I be using instead of Dreamweaver" - both questions you'll find plenty of answers to on this very forum.

Does Dreamweaver still exist?. Please don't use it. Learn proper HTML, cutcodedown.com is a good starting point.

there's a monthly fee but the training is better structured than the videos found on youtube.

I know, I've been using Lynda since 2001. It use to be all about graphic design software training but it seem they have ventured further out into graphic design concepts, animation, etc. Time has changed.

Well, I just stumbled upon an Official Adobe ACA Dreamweaver Exam Certificate course on an e-tutorial site. So it exists.

Of course it exists, it's part of the CS-package, at least, and maybe even available for individual purchase - that does not, however, mean that one should use it. It still promotes bad coding habits, adds bloat and generally pisses all over semantic HTML and correct usage.

I am reasonably certain that if one were to search diligently enough, official certification in nose picking could be found for a price.

Sadly, it isn't google search result. It's direct marketing. They have recruited hundreds of people to sell those products globally. Their target, the undergrads. The course above is just one of them. This massive e-tutorial scale is make possible with WebRTC. And they seem to grow exponentially out of nowhere.
