Or put more time and effort into your niche review your business plan - especially your competitor analysis - what do you offer readers that makes your site in the top 10 in that niche? review your ad placement - do they make your site look spammy? are they too discrete?
Is that what you get on average per click or is it for impressions? What niche is your site? Have you checked within your AdSense account what ads are running on your site? I do a weekly review and block ads that I don't want to be displayed on my site, it doesn't show the CPC values but it gives control over the ads that you allow to display on your site.
The reasons for this are your niche, click through percentage, and traffic, if you get a different niche that pays more per click and you increase the traffic to your site, you will make more money with it, but it takes time.
Try to get some high CPC keyword related to your niche, include them in your post. Use SemRush analysis your competitior website get high CPC keyword of there. Always use link unit AdSense ads . PM me your site link, I will try my best to suggest you best place to show AdSense ads(of course free of cost)
1. Pick a high CPC keyword 2. Use leaderboard or big squares, place them above the fold of the screen 3. Use social media accounts to get traffic into your websites
Don't do this, Not only AdSense is useless for social media traffic but also your account come under AdSense radar.
Care to explain why several in this thread say do not do that if you want to keep the adsense account? Why should we beleive your advice over their's? Do you even know what you are talking about? Care to explain how increasing traffic actually increases the CPC? Do you even know what the CPC is and what determines it?
you are NOT alone my friend, I made over 98k on adsense 2009 / 2010 Now ADSENSE no pay !!! Honestly Amazon Affiliate pays way better !
I have 7 days with $0.01 for all of my website or almost the 3-4 website with $0.01 it's random niches like: Jobs, Real Estate, Games, Greeting Cards and News but the problem is that it's written in Arabic language.
It's always about traffic with Adsense no matter how many ads you have or how well your site is put together.
Good traffic subjective but yea, most of the time SEO traffic and relevant paid traffic are the best. If you go the paid traffic route, you need to be sure and find the absolute most relevant source of paid traffic even if it ends up being social traffic.
