How to find niche website

I am trying to find niche website on real estate. My target is those websites who give paid service on real estate marketing. Do you have any idea how i could make that. I have done some google search but didnt get result as I was expecting. Please, advise me what I should do.

Who give paid service? What are you talking about? Are you looking for websites like classifieds where you can post your blog/ site? Or forums/ blogs to post comments to?

Come on man, you want to start up a business and what to get the ideas from others. This is first step towards failure.

 

I think if you want to get paid sites then you need to search classified site in real estates.

 

Personally, I think the first step to failure is not doing your research.

I took a business course to get "ideas from others"
I watch youtube "how to videos" to get "ideas from others"
..

You said it right... but getting ideas from other is applicable with "How to do something", and NOT.. "what to do". If you ask other people on what type of work (here niche you are asking for) you should do.. then its gonna a great failure.

Why don't you look inside yourself and try to figure out what it exactly is which you can pursue for a longer time (inside real estate industry)? What is the thing about which you can read (research/investigate), go deep into it, and can write/talk a lot about it. If you can get the answer from inside then its the first step towards success.

Very bad idea is to search in Google.If you already can see the real estate website on the top of your search it means that they didn't need your help.Before years when I walk to my workplace I saw a realestate office.They didn't know that the seo is very important for them.After two hour the pay me for the on page seo.Follow my logic mate.write after month for the results

 

Perhaps you will also need forums where people discuss real estate, there is also a lot of different offers!

 

If you are good in SEO , that mean you are good in marketing , sells (direct or online) . For a professional ( i`m sells manager 8 years ) everything is niche.For some niches you need more time because there have a leader(top seller) , for some you can do everything faster .If you want to become a good SEO , start to learn marketing at the same time .
