Meta description (Abstraction of the website)

Heading tags (H1 – H6 tags )

Doctype declaration

XML Site map

Robots.txt

Image alt tag attributes

Missing anchor text for links

Content on website/page – relevancy

Page speed issues (Don’t use flash & heavy animated objects)

Mobile friendliness

Check for W3C standards (World Wide Web Consortium) - W3C is an organization that was created in order to develop and maintain the standards of the Internet
