YouTube Channel Optimizing Tips?

Hey there, kinda new to Youtube channels, and basically looking for a tips/suggestions on how to optimize this channel.

I realize that the competition is heavy and more financed (I hardly any budget) so basically just my time is involved!

Just looking of some tips that I can do on the channel..

 

First off, it seems you've put a lot of effort into the channel already. Very impressive. You guys have tons of videos. A great start.
I just have a few suggestions. To begin with, just the basic stuff. On your main channel page, add the headings like videos, discussion, about, and a search channel function, so that people can quickly and easily access those pages. This makes your page much more convenient. Apart from that, it's a good idea to have your channel name, in terms of the graphic, be larger and more prominent. It just helps grab attention, and reminds people of the channel's name - which is essentially your brand. Similarly, having a channel trailer can help get people's attention, and showcase what you have to offer. A channel trailer is a short video that'll play for any person who isn't a subscriber who visits your channel. It's a good way to briefly show a new visitor what you're about, and create interest for your content. And like a channel trailer, you can have a channel ad, which is a short ad that will play before videos from other channels. It, like the trailer, helps raise awareness and interest. There are guides by youtube, and on youtube videos, that help you create trailers and ads.

Great. And by basic I didn't mean obvious stuff. Just easy ways anyone can quickly improve their channel. And to be honest, there's not a great deal more that someone can do. You guys already had a ton of content, and had clearly put in a lot of effort. And once you've done the hard work (and done it well), then everything else is easy. I wish you guys all the best with your channel. I'm sure all the hard work will pay off.

 

Hey, You need to select best keyword and you can optimize it by keyword planner.

i have been working diligently to build my channel.
Your channel looks awesome!
I suggest not using the Google keyword Planner. It's too general and vague.

Instead try this:

1. Do your own Google search based on what your trying to teach. (copy & paste)
ALL THE SUGGESTIONS FROM THE BOTTOM OF GOOGLE 1st page (use as your YOUTUBE tags)

Searches related to how to do a standing military press
"HOW TO" military shoulder press

REPEAT military press workout

"HOW TO" strict military press

"HOW TO" military press form

barbell military shoulder press

military press video guide

how to do pendlay rows

standing military press benefits

(Not sure if I can place one of your links) Based on one of your YOUTUBE video's - this is what I do.

In your title and REPEAT your Title in description. Don't forget to add your tags that you copy and pasted.
Finally in the advanced setting - SELECT - Category - "How to"

Hey, I am using Spyfu it also better for everything. You can use it very easily.

 

make sure to tag all your videos! and make lots of videos.
