The electric went out and I was on the computer. It scrambled everything. Little by little when restarting the system it came back all but yahoo. I am stuck on basic version and I can not sign in from the home page. I am signed in but not cause I did in from the home page. It just stayed signed it. I can get it to the email but it is stuck on basic version. The icon to update to the full version is not there so I am stuck. I have no idea how to fix it. I have also used recovery back as far as I could go back. No help. Is there any help for me?

Yahoo isn't actually on your computer - it's a website you access. If a Ctrl+F5 doesn't do the trick you need to contact their support directly.

Try clearing your cache (deleting cookies and temporary Internet files). It may help. Trying another browser may help too.
