I am just curious to know whether androidphone.ext(any extension) violates ICANN's Rule as Google is owing TradeMark of ANDROID.

    Anyone to suggest me?

What two totally clueless posts. Android is a trademark owned by Google. You are not allowed to use someone elses registered trademark in your domain name. Its that simple. Of course it breaks ICANN's rules. Have you two morons even read the ICANN rules?

Even Google clearly say do not use their trademarks in domain names:
    • Don't register Google trademarks as second or third level domain names.

Have a look through the other posts on this kind of topic. Chucking the word Phone on the end doesn't make the word Android go away.

    Agree.

Just wondering how people are running iphonecase.ext or iphone(4/5/6)case.ext sites as affiliate sites. :)

Apple can at any time ask them to hand those domains over and there is nothing that they can do about it and they have to comply.

Apple probably have not done so yet because:
    1. They do not know about those domains being used
    2. Maybe they do know and can't be bothered going after them, but they may at some stage
    3. Maybe (but I doubt it) the sites have Apple's permission (which could be withdrawn at any time)

    Flying under the radar?

Some of the sites will actually encourage people to be brand loyal and may be deemed to be an asset. Others might be a problem because they're trying to pass themselves off as "official" and the trademark holder will use that as the reason to get them closed down.

I wouldn't build anything on a contentious domain that needed a long term effort to get payback.

    Yeah I agree.
But I guess things like "An unknown(too common person) person shouts and abuses a reputed & famous man, but it doesn't create defamation lawsuit against the unknown, " but it will if "an well known person does the same." :D
