How to avoid "Tag" Links???

Hi friends,
How can i avoid tag links results from search engine rankings??

Case: I post my Keywords as a tag in my blog post - And Now my results come up with Tags Url.
Example: www-DomainName/tag/Web-Design

Please Help.....!

 

Are you using WordPress? You can noindex the tag archive pages to prevent them from being indexed.

Will it remove all the ranking results after applying ?

 

Since the pages are already indexed it will take time but yes.

I create a page and set the Keyword in URL and Title tag and keyword has no big competition but still not appear the SERPs.
(I already index the url in Google Webmaster)
