Poptm.com - Adblock bypass Pop-under Ad Network

See for the delay in payments there may be 100's reasons, issue due to paypal, suspecting traffic, 0 referring header, modified header, traffic only from homepage etc. These things happen to some publishers, in that some, some users post on DP. We are properly handling and doing needful to them. You just don't know what's going inside and just simply commenting without knowing anything.

What ever your point is you are not here to judge what we are doing by just seeing the threads without knowing what is going inside, you just know about 7 - 8 unhappy users but still there are 1000's happy users.

Even 3 weeks before you were supporting to one of our publisher and said we are scammers, bla bla bla... & talked about us uselessly for 1 week.
Shall I ask that publisher to say what he exactly did, then you can recognise your maturity level!

He requested payment on saturday(12th march) , next sunday his payment processing starts from monday and he posted on DP on tuesday & we processed his payment on tuesday itself. Even the user confirmed the payment below!

 

What i was wrote "Thy are working with partner network so they can't give better CPM rate for publisher until they are invest on it" Do you know meaning of this word well i am going to explain it. You are working with partner network what ever its for fill rate or anything else currently you can't overcome your partner network CPM because of if you do that you need to investment for that. You just sharing money with your partner network and take a profit that the reason for your very low CPM rate.

 

You first understand about our fill rate first, 80 - 85% world wide traffic is being covered by our direct advertisers only the rest 10 - 15% traffic is redirected to our partners network, if we don't do this for all the rest traffic publishers will earn 0 penny. Did i mention anywhere before that our 100% fill rate is only from other ad networks? Then how come you can say! without knowing what is going inside the network.

Where you are in i am already cross that level so please don't write down eveytimes "without knowing what is going inside the network" man you are just showing off and this is your business strategy and what going on inside i believe if anyone have some knowledge they will get everything easily but you are trying to force me i don't know anything LOL!! You love to show off this is bad attitude if any publisher complaint here you force them to open support ticket instead of here but if someone payout issue you reply them"could you please check and confirm here" why you want to see the confirmation here instead of support? so pplz didn't get your tricks and i think you feel you are too smart.

 

If users post their issue here how we will be able to find their account with us and solve the issue, does DP provide any service to get the account details of the user directly if yes please do tell us.

If users submit tickets directly we will be able to assist them ASAP to resolve their issue and we ask the user to confirm here because they submitted their issue here.

 

PM service available on DP you can ask them both way here & your support but you always mentioned this is public forum don't complaint here because of users will caught your dirty tricks and the payout issue you request them "please check and confirm here" so that it is clear you love to see this word "please check and confirm here" and you don't love to see if any users got in problem and didn't get response from you and bound to post here that time your word is " this is public forum don't post any issue here" how many times you will do dirty tricks? and do you think pplz are so stupid?

Even with PM how we will be able to get the user details & logs? We did not mention anywhere that don't complaint here, we just said if you are having any issues submit support ticket as this is the fastest solution we provide. We asked a user to confirm the payment here because he reported here including his username, we make the payment instantly and asked him to confirm here what's wrong with this for you? what do you mean by dirty tricks? it is our thead, our publishers posted their issue, we are asking them to reply back through thread discussing is going in between us and the publisher everything is open what is irritating you in this? Be aware all of users poptm linked with adstera and recently one of site got de-indexed by google due to malware/virus ads display from adstera if you look poptm ads they are displaying adstera ads so becareful with your site...don't take risk with scam network.

I send you a daily 6-10k impressions
