I think he is a civilian dictator. He is an elected presedent in US but he is surely trying to dictate the whole world about his policies. Saying to other countries either you are with us or against us is statement by a dictator alright.

Well this discussion is very interessting. The thread is old and it is a pitty that it became forgotten.

Of course the politicans which were mentioned above were/ are very bad. But you are missing the worst ever.

Although I am christian I have to say, that the worst dictators ever were the catholic popes from the beginning until the beginning of the 20th century.
