Firstly, I didn't see where I mentioned I'm selling a script or designed the script on my listing description. I wrote that it's an online tool that I'm selling (both domain and script).

Secondly, you are so disgusting. Why on earth did you message bidders that they shouldn't buy my website? That's crazy! I thought you are a good man here on DP but I can see you're a d**khead. You criticize every website listed on DP just to spoil their sales. I trust you cannot do this on flippa. I have tricked those bidders to send me screenshots of your messages. I'm reporting you to DP admins using them as evidences. If you don't have anything to do, just find a better job and not pulling people's works down. You should be ashamed of yourself.

The buyers should have been fully informed from the beginning. They had no idea they could purchase the real script WITH author support for $11.00. Had they known that, they never would have on this.

That is called theft by deception - it's a terrible way to do business.

I sell websites here all of the time, go ahead and try to ruin a sale - it's impossible when the seller is 100% transparent.

Lol. So because I bought a script and created a website on it, I cannot sell the website. Now answer this: I bought a WordPress theme from a designer. Can't I flip the website If I find an interested buyer? I'm selling the website and no goddamn script author can sue me for selling an asset (website) I bought with my own money. Mind you, I'm selling a website and not a script. Get that into you skull.

The license terms for Envato products are pretty clear - you can't sell OR distribute the source code in any manner.

I sell websites here too - therefore the overall experience in the marketplace is my business.

When people get scammed, they don't come back. I am trying to get buyers to do more business here, which is going to help us all.

Next time, just please be more transparent.

There are plenty of websites that allow you to sell their themes - MyThemeShop is one of them. They offer AMAZING support and you can do whatever you want with their themes. I would suggest only using Envato for personal projects - the license terms there are pretty strict.

 

This is good. You should have written this at first or send it to me in private, rather than messaging bidders. I know how it feels to be scammed because I have been a victim. I can delete or edit any listing if it is not transparent enough. Nobody is a fountain of knowledge. We are all learning everyday. Next time, send the seller a private message about any error or observation. If he or she refuses to take action, you can now make it public.

If you want to make money from Envato - you can always create a service for installing Code Canyon scripts - it seems you're already knowledgeable in that field. This way, someone can purchase it legally and then hire you to set everything up for them.
