I Bought a theme from PINTASTIC.COM.(Pinterst) , However when i was building my website with that clone script i got a error. I tried my best to find this error and solve it.But it was useless. I have given the link below. Please if you know what is this, how i can solve it, tell me........ http://needwall.com I APPRECIATE YOUR HELP......................
If you're talking about the "unable to parse licence file", it's fairly obvious, isn't it? The licence file can't be parsed - WHY it can't be parsed is a completely different matter - it can be because the file isn't there, or because the file is the wrong format, or you're missing a licence key, or or or.
You bought a license which implies some installation support from the vendor. Have you asked there? I guess this is a warning to anyone else considering buying that script that a) it's broken and b) there's no support.
It seems that the sellers / developers of that script have a pretty decent page, with support options and several forums, so why are you asking here instead of there?
PoPSiCLe : I asked from them....but they said "iT'S NOT OUT FAULT, IT'S ABOUT CODING".......So, we didn't change anything...Now i have to ask them about licence file.... Thank you all...
I think you misunderstood their reply. If it's about coding then it's definitely their problem to fix.
Maybe, but they never replied again.......now i have sent another email about this problem...let's see how wiil they reply to it....
Does your server meet the requirements?https://pintastic.com/server_requirements_pintastic As far as I can see from that list, the licensing needs Zend Guard Loader with PHP 5.6 support (required for all license types) In addition to the rest of the requirements, of course. Did you download the file on that page and test the server first?
Thanks for the concern PoPSiCLe. Yes I did download the file and test the Server. The site was working very well for about a month. And I had also published posts and stuff for testing. This error came out all of a sudden about 3 days ago. I'm unable to do anything thereafter, cannot even access the admin panel.
From your original post it appeared that the errors were on installation or atleast setup. Now you say that the site was up and running? So what changed? Did you tweak a theme or add a plugin?
What licence did you purchase? Any plugins? And as @sarahk asked, did you change _anything_? Have you tried re-uploading the files to the server (perhaps there has been a deletion or edit of some of the files). Since you say the site was working fine, something must have changed - exactly what is hard to say without knowing the script, and what you have done.
Uhm... now the site is showing another error, this time claiming that the Zend runtime isn't available. So did you remove it, change the server setup, or do anything else to the server?
at this time, zend framework problem can solve by the inmotion hosting service....i send a ticket to them......but if still that licence problem is there that will be a matter.......i sent a ticket to the inmotion also about the licence parse error....sometimes they could change the licence parse error.......i guess so.... for your first question, i dind't change script...but i had to change some word.(Pintastic to needwall).....but i don't think there is some problems with script....... however let's see that problem after fixed current problem......(Zend) i added a plugin.....and i removed it.....
They replied me like below......Do you have any ideas..... Hello, did you make in 777 chmod the following folders: /uploads/ /cache/ and all their sub-folders?
Change the permissions on those two folders and their subfolders. You either do this from your FTP-client, or from your Cpanel / webhost control panel. I would say that after the server is up and running, with Zend installed, I would wipe it clean, upload everything again, and start over, with the original files.
