Umm, what's that supposed to mean? All websites are NOT responsive. Half of those that are still fall into the category of rubbish (try bootstrap, grid systems, any other bloated framework). Therefore your statement makes absolutely no sense. So you do admit that non-responsive websites exist? Interesting... Please give an example of a website you'd deem suitable for web, I slightly feel like ripping it a new one regardless. I'm not sure that this type of discussion belongs to the BST section. @OP, let us know if you still need this done.
