How Do I Edit My Posted or remove someone image?

Hi all,

I posted an image of DP scammer and now i want to remove his image. How do i delete the image? I already deleted the image where i upload, somehow DP still show image.

The image doesn't show for me, It say's "Error: image not available"
Try clearing your browser cache.

 

I clear caches and still there...i even try 4 different computer...anyone confirm the image has been deleted.
