    I think there're no normal networks for low traffic websites.

    not native ads, but still thinking to try Revenuehits, cause of good reputation.

    If you have good amount of traffic than you can try out Taboola or Outbrain. Both are good native ad networks.

    I have done an extensive case study on both of those networks and the CPC and RPM isn't that great.

    How low are we talking?

    What are the sources?

    Not sure exactly what this means, but if your target audience is students - it should be relatively easy to find affiliate products/services that can convert relatively easy.
