Joined DP specifically because we're looking to add a couple of networks to our desktop side of things.

I've tried lurking but it seems every post about a network is how terrible they are or that they are a scam. So, let's try it this way.

    Our requirements:

    - US Based
    - Highly regarded with a top-notch reputation
    - No adult / "risque" / obnoxious ads
    - Reputation for exceptional customer service with direct phone access to a rep.
    - Competitive CPM's
    - 95%+ fill rate with no daily cap and no substantive drop-off in CPM

This really shouldn't be too difficult to pull off but, as I've already learned here on DP - you can never be surprised how shady some people are.

Have you already tried the top tier guys? OpenX, Conversant, PulsePoint, etc? Those are probably the best bet for what you are looking for. A word of advice with how the industry has been changing in the last few months, try to find platforms / networks which have proprietary technology, it reduces your risk dramatically, also increases service and optimization potential in many cases.

Ultimately you won't find much of the top tier, on here. Mostly forum dwellers who complain about not getting paid after sending network after network bot traffic.

People just like to post the negative things :) Some of them even don't understand the meaning of word "scam" :)
Are you looking for banner units only or may consider the alternative ad formats?
