I bought this website 2 weeks ago, and I am still waiting for the files and database to be sent so I can install it on my server.

This site is down currently which is hurting what little organic traffic it had.

I have tried messaging you with no response, please let me know what's going on here.

How can i give you the files if you changed the password of the hosting ? Tell me that . Also is here on the forum a dispute section ? I blocked you on Facebook because I wanted to keep the conversation in DP for any future issues.

I asked for the files, that's not too much to ask - right?

You can have the domain back, it serves me no purpose - however you have never asked for it.

I haven't heard a word from you in over 2 months.

So, send me your GoDaddy information and the domain is yours

I never changed the password, this must have been done as a security measure by the hosting company.

You are the owner, you should have been able to change it by contacting support.

I asked for the files because I wasn't familiar with the hosting account you gave me access to.

Normally, a seller will either send the files to the buyer OR do the migration themselves.

I have never had someone hand over their hosting account before.

So, I asked a simple request of you to send me the files and database - I would have been glad to do the migration myself, as it takes about 3 minutes.
